This is an arrangement of Mozart’s Clarinet Concerto K622 for two clarinets in A (of course, being the same pitch, you can also play this on two clarinets in Bb as well).
The set comes with a score and two separate parts, each part carefully designed to allow for convenient page turns. The score itself (which you can see as the pdf) is designed to show you how the arrangement works but it is best to perform the piece using the parts.
This extremely useful arrangement is by David Burndrett and Mark O’Brien.
