Having felt that the junior wind band repertoire was a little too show-based, I set about arranging quality pieces from the classical repertoire. This arrangement has two of the most lively, popular themes at either end, with the famous ‘Largo’ in the middle.
G2 relates to the American grading system for Wind Band music (the parts are ABRSM Grade 2/3 in standard)
